He's definitely going to have to add 9s to get volume. My typical set is 30tabling 27-60 18-45s and I have to add 9s at the start of sessions to get tables up. If he's ONLY playing 60s, not enough 18/45s run to allow him to play purely those.
Jus2awsum's probably the guy playing the highest volume at these limits right now (although he's got another ~1500 in at 114s), and he needs ~2 9s for every 1 18/45 played.
