Ok absolute worst case scenario you run like ass, make $10-$15k SNGs + RB, and lose $35k on the bet for -$25k. Yeah that would suck. But assuming you're even money your edge is still +$50k.

Well I could make way more playin high stake sng's playing equal amount of time in a month without having to take the risk of almost breaking even if I lose the bet. The problem is without some silly prop bet I'm only going to play 10 hours.

whats the ruling if stars goes down for an extended period of time, or if he gets sick or has an emergency?

We will need to add something into the terms of the bet about this. If for some reason I get too sick to play or get into a car crash or something everyone should be refunded their money but being sick can't be a result from playing too much that will be my fault and will have to forfeit the bet. It will have to be a sickness not related to being exhausted and I'm a healthy person and rarely get sick so shouldn't be a concern.
If the servers go down, I should get the amount of time it's down added to the 30 days.

Also, what if a life threatening situation happens to one of my immediate family members? This is very unlikely, but say one of my brothers gets in a car crash and is in the hospital should I be granted a one day break to visit him in the hospital?

Have the terms of the bet say something about catastrophic unforseen circumstances - will cancel the bet. Have the determination about whether the circumstances are catastrohic enough made by an arbitrator both sides agree on. (IE - not the other dude's buddy like in the good2cu prop bet.)

Sounds like the best option. We should have a couple mods preselected before the bet where if something happens they approve or disprove whether my bet should be extended/canceled. If they disprove of my extended request and I can no longer play I will forfeit and everyone who bet against will get their share.
