Not really, any time theres big volume bets going on people get off to a a good start. I give it a few days till it will start to take a toll on him mentally.

Yes, I use Table Ninja, it is the best sw for that purpose imo.

I play stacked, but if there is a possibility of interesting spot/showdown, I would put specific table aside and try to remember what villain had. I am not interested what comes on board when we are all-in preflop, I just need to know if I estimeted right range on my opponent.

I play 25-43 tables at the same time, depending on a traffic.

Actually, this is quite misrepresenting. I have played 200 games at 0:00-3:00 AM, then went to bed and starting 11:00 AM I have played the other 701. The problem is, I would not have that first time period on the last day of the month (Propbet will end on 31/10/2011 11:59 PM, not 1/11/2011 3:00 AM)
