The SS thing seems kind of weird, considering it was just open. I thought coming into the bet you opened it to help strum up action/give complete info, and then you'd keep it open through the end of the bet. I'll talk to injax and see what he thinks; if his thoughts are in line with what I was thinking, you need to open it up please. Will let him comment on camera angle as well, as I already stated my thoughts.

I honestly can't see the problem, the bet is purely about if I will have 2M vpp at December 31st or not.
What would be the problem with updating my VPP count here everyday and having it checked by a judge when I get the 2M to confirm that's legit.

It has always been closed, I opened it so everybody was able to see my average stake, total vpp and all my other results so everyone could decide if they wanted to bet or not. I'm not obligated to keep sharing this with everybody who owns a sharkscope subscription, to me that's a private matter.

the bet is whether he gets to 2m vpps at the end of the year, right?

camera should be on and showing whatever you guys decide, but the sharkscope being open has nothing to do with the actual bet.

if bettors want to know whats going on, just send a screen shot to the bettors every week er so showing your vpp update so they can follow along (or post in thread)

You are blocked on PS search ,i can not keep checking every game in the lobby to see if you are playing and on the webcam

this is very important ,as you state if it happens twice you can not play until the webcam is up and running ...but with SS blocked you are making it very hard for us to check on you !!!

(I can't even tell if you are playing right now ,i am on my laptop without PS downloaded ...the web cam is not on )

he's not doing the prop for your entertainment demetri, the rules were clear when you made the bet and SS being unblocked wasn't part of it.

If it would happen that my webcam stops working and I am going to play in the 24 hours after, I will open my sharkscope. So we can rule that problem out.

To keep better track I will unhide myself at PS for the rest of the bet.

Don't forget to post VPP updates every day

And just for the record we will need more than a screen shot of your VPP count anyway if you do make it

e.g sharkscope...so at one point you will need to show us ,so now or later is fine

But a screen shot of your VPPs will not do (if you make it)

i would assume an audit will be gotten from stars and showed the yearly rake paid (which then can be used to figure out vpps)

The bet clearly states it has a VPP component only and as such both Josh and I have agreed that OP has the right to keep his results blocked on Sharkscope without voiding the bet.

OP has stated that he is no longer blocked from Stars search so in the event of a webcam crash / disconnect OP has adequately made sure bettors can check up on him.

Regarding the final VPP statement Josh and I will have a chat as how this could be best verified with more than just a screenshot.

Maybe you can ask a Pokerstars rep to confirm the vpp count. Otherwise just have a look via teamviewer/skype and check ss.

I'm cool with not having your SS on, and just showing the VPP count daily (by mail, skype, itt, or wa evaa)
