So this being the bad beats and variance section I figured this would be the appropriate place to post. Im writing this essentially to seek a little friendly advise, I'm not here to sweat beats or complain about loosing etc. I've been playing for about a year and over that time I've really grown to love poker. I recently opened a new account on stars after playing on 888 and deposited $150, now down to 100 after 30k hands.
I currently 6 table 5NL 6 max, trying to grind up a bank roll, improve my game and eventually move up from the micros. Recently I just seem to have been on a bit of a down swing that I just dont seem to be able to crawl out of, I dont really feel tilted its just a little disheartening. I either seem to get coolered or sucked out on and I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for me it would be much appreciated.
I've enclosed some hands just as an examples, maybe im doing something wrong im some spots? I know they say 1 hand per post but I feel a collection is appropriate to this post.
Is it ever correct to fold KK pre? Theres been many occasions when I've put my opponent on AA holding KK after he goes all in and I call anyway only to see the hand I knew he had but I can never find a fold
Preflop: Hero is BTN with K K
Hero raises to $0.15, SB folds, BB raises to $0.50, Hero raises to $1.50, BB raises to $6.04 and is all-in, Hero calls $4.12 and is all-in
Flop: ($11.26) 4 7 9 (2 players, 2 are all-in) Turn: ($11.26) 2 (2 players, 2 are all-in) River: ($11.26) 6 (2 players, 2 are all-in)
Spoiler:
Results: $11.26 pot ($0.47 rake)
Final Board: 4 7 9 2 6
BB showed A A and won $10.79 ($5.17 net)
Hero showed K K and lost (-$5.62 net)
In retrospect I think I played these queens badly but I feel like it was hard to give him credit for a hand on that board. I guess 88 could be in his range but after calling a 3bet I'm not putting him on a 6 and 99% he's re raising AA KK pre so I put him on AKc, 99, JJ, TT.
After Villain raised by cbet on the flop I felt like I had too much equity in the hand to fold and I didnt like just calling so I opted into shoving in mind that I might also have some fold equity.
Preflop: Hero is MP with K K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.15, 2 folds, SB raises to $0.50, BB folds, Hero raises to $1.55, SB raises to $5.68 and is all-in, Hero calls $3.21 and is all-in

Spoiler:
Results: $9.57 pot ($0.40 rake)
Final Board: Q 7 6 J 7
SB showed Q Q and won $9.17 ($4.41 net)
Hero showed K K and lost (-$4.76 net)
Preflop: Hero is BB with 3 3
MP raises to $0.10, CO calls $0.10, BTN calls $0.10, SB calls $0.08, Hero calls $0.05

SB checks, Hero bets $0.24, MP calls $0.24, CO raises to $1.10, 2 folds, Hero raises to $4.64 and is all-in, MP folds, CO calls $3.54

BTN mucked and lost (-$0.10 net)
SB mucked and lost (-$0.10 net)
Thanks in advance to anyone who took the time to read through all this, there are many hands like above but id pretty much be repeating myself im sure you get the jist.
It is not a downswing if you suck at poker, numbnuts.
Like on that AQ hand you flop TPTK with NFD, but you shove to have "fold equity"...
Oh wait
Spoiler:
Bla bla bla This is not a strat forum, just keep on grinding op until Stars unrig their software and you start winning more. Also fold more rivers fish
post in micros subforum for hand analysis (but not this kind of whine thread)
15k hands is a small sample, you have big leaks though
top off stack..
H1 4b smaller
H2 squeeze bigger, call flop raise
H3 fine
H4 check flop, your bet size is useless too
H5 4b smaller

I shoved because after the raise I don't like just calling then facing a big bet on the turn and not knowing where I'm at. I figured with the amount of equity I had it was well worth just getting it all in on the flop. Maybe that was the wrong play what would you have done?

Thanks, this wasn't intended to be a whinny thread. I just wanted to show people the sort of hands where I was loosing the most money (because there's a lot of these) so people could point out if I was doing anything wrong. If so I want to work towards fixing it. If not my plan is to just keep on playing the way ive been playing.
Bet size in the AQdd hand is horrible, you've got the effective nuts with a redraw to the nuts, cbet bigger and expect many worse hands to call, AK probably 4 bets pre so you're only really behind 88 and unlucky to come up against it here.
First hand you've got KK on the BTN, BB could be shoving much worse there, but i'd 4 bet to around $1.15 for the record
pocket 3's hand i'd bet around 0.35 for bigger value from a king and diamonds, good to get it in here, he can have any gutshot and diamond draw, K9s, 99 is the only hand you're really crushed by so you got unlucky again here
