An expected +150 big blinds at 10NL after 45k hands is a tad disappointing as well.

What you need to look at is where your Expected Value line is (Orange Line), and right now over 50k hands you're break even at 10NL which means you're not bluffing enough, and you're playing way too tight, and you're folding way too often. Now if your expected line was at lets say +30 buyins over 40k hands which would be around 10bb/100 then this is run bad. If you ran even you would be a break even player at 10NL if that makes sense.
