Brutal, during my worst stretches a year ago I usually punched the concrete wall right by me at full strength. Def messed up my knuckles, but they adapted and got more durable.

didn't really think about the ramifications of it just crossed my mind that it might not b covered while i was in the car over there but actually you are right i totally did just come up on the insur companies w/e **** them and their gucci loafers bought w printed bailout money *****
