hes buto imo... same thing happened to me. i won a bunch a msnl thought i was the greatest and busted it all playing 5knl. now im trying to regrind. and although im a 4.5ptbb over 70k hands at 400nl i wasnt able to beat 50nl over 10k hands bc i ran like ****. i must say its way harder winning at 8ptbb at 25nl than everyone says! id go as far as saying that its almost impossible especially 24 tableing! i also have to add that id put up a bunch of money on this if i had a spare 2k which unforunately i dont atm.

so if he wins he makes 40k in a month which is impressive and if he loses he loses like 2-3k all while playing 25nl.

i wish i could be a "waste of life" and make 40k in a month at 25nl. i also wish i was emo and could ridicule everybody that tried to do a prop bet and make money while doing it.

he can't lose 10k$. If he doesn't make it, I'd bet he can make _at least_ $7-8k. and 3k to 35k (if it's 2:5) is pretty good odds to take a bet imo

i stayed with him in las vegas for an entire week. he made a withdrawl for 10k, staked out another 10k or so, started doing a lot of coaching, and probably had another 15k or so in his online roll. he is spending a month in europe and assumedly needs a way to make a quick buck, preferably variance free so he can make the most of his time there without worrying about finances

i know he is planning to get a new car soon, and get his own place when he gets back from europe. while he may not be busto, he doesn't exactly have the financial security to be playing higher stakes on his own roll since real life seems to take precedence over roll building and moving up in stakes at the moment.

i think this bet would be tough though, even for him. i guess with enough motivation and caffeine he'l be fine. plus with the fpps he can buy a lot of new pokerstars apparel

Well I know nothing about these processes, know no one involved and would feel like I myself have no control over the situation, which I don't like. But many of you guys probably know eachother atleast reasonably well in which case it might make it a lot easier to put your trust into these bets. Just read OPs other thread about how he thinks he was attempted to get scamed, that was pretty complex. You never know.

I'm sure the odds of everything working smoothly and my worries being misguided are quite high, but I'd just rather not take that (small) risk.

Lol at all of this busto nonsense.March 10th, my first day as a pro, my liquid funds = 3k after moving and buying a desk and chair. Now, exactly 2 months later, I have 10k in Infex funds, few k in the bank, 10k staked out, and about 17k sitting in my online accounts. Where the hell did all this busto talk come from? I also took a week off to see friends, didn't play much last week cause u had a friend over, and ice spent prob like 6k on monitors, golf clubs, food, gas, and clothes. Why is everyone freaking out?
I want to rebuild discipline and win a huge propbet with very minimal risk if I lose because the actual winnings will cover. Money is going to be escrowed anyway which whould be funny if I didn't have any!
