I am not betting against anything that isnt liquid cash that can be escrowed. If you can get it into liquid cash taht can be escrowed then we can do it.

Here is how concerns will work. If wagerers have a legit concern, and can get $10,000 in action ccombined (meaning for example, 2 people who have put up 4k and 1 person who has put up 2k), or myself, then they may file a complaint to the panel. The panel will then meet and decide on whether the allegation has merit, and appropriate measures to be taken to if it does so. The panel may only award the bet to either party in cases of extreme circumstances, and with a 3-0 ruling. However, the primary function of the judges is to fix any discrepencies during the bet.

Also, all hands will be for public view after the bet is completed. IF i make the 10k bet, I will clear it by more then several buyins in order to assure legitimacy on my end. In the case where there are multiple buyins from a given opponent that seem questionable (I can foresee this becoming an issue with the general bad play of NL 25), they panel will vote on whether or not to give me credit for that buyin. However they may only rule against individual hands or opponnets, not as the bet in its entirity. I cant allow some random player to ruin this bet by having a moment of ******edness at nl 25(As likely as that is right).

Also, another note that will be added to the final set of rules. If either I clear, and the judges aprove of, 10k in winnings, I will be rewarded the winnings upon clearing it. Also, If i give up at any point during the bet, the winnings will be sent to the opposing parties. This is just to end any needless wait time on either end.
