I think the donk with the weak made hand thing is more about seeing where they are and assuming the agro 3 better missed this board.
He could have AA's or KK's as well if he is a flatter type.
I think you almost always at least get in a bet when you donk as they shake their head and call. I think that is better than 0 or 3 bets going in. If this was a more draw heavy board I like the CR more since you may be able to induce a bluff. Also, since this is such a dry board they are more likely to put you on AK especially since we didn't raise the flop or turn.
