20 live 9 handed. I post half kill in HJ and act last unless there is a raise in front.

Folded past me...Co and button limp...laggy Tag raises in SB....BB calls, I call with K7o and the rest call.

KdQh5c....SB bets, BB calls.....Is this just a call down? Raise flop?

I think it's a clear raise. If SB 3bets, you can call down (or maybe fold especially bad runouts).

Put me in the call camp. Am assuming that some of these villains are tighter betting/calling in a kill pot, but nobody is folding better. If worse wants to keep betting, let them. We have position on the bettor, so if he gives up we can make sure bets go in. What hands behind us are there that we want to fold out and will do so?

Why would we build up a big pot to get enough information to make a tight river fold?

AJ/AT/J9/T9/Qx/5x/random-crap-that-should-call-with-13-to-1-price. Even if better never folds and worse never calls, this is a clear raise.

I think he meant if the board runs out something like a 4-straight and there's a lot of action. But if he means raise for information and then fold if you think he's got like KT, then I agree, that's a terrible plan.

I typically raise here trying to limit the number of players in the pot behind us and buy the button. If we think we'll get cold callers behind us, another interesting line is to just call the flop with the intention of raising blank turns.

Call as well. I wont attempt to create huge point with that many people in the hand with just TP low kicker..

I'd raise. Getting any hands of value to fold is more valuable in kill pots IMO. You can easily be beat but kill pots are the ones to fight for.

Based on the Soft 20/40 half kill games I've played near Hammonds Horseshoe area, I would call preflop as default AND raise flop as default absent extensive history or reads on LAGTAG SB.

I'm still undecided on this one.

i think this is a clear call as a WAWB.

I guess the only way this line suffers is if laggy tag has 99-JJ, this line allows others to catch up.

Given the passive pre flop action, shouldn't the SB be c betting all of these?

betting or cbetting a high% into 4 other people OOP has very little benefit. betting 99-jj here is quite bad.

I agree! I forgot the BB had called. The BB has tons of K's and Q's in his range. Remove him from the hand and perhaps betting is the play? Obviously the killer has a bunch, but he has a ton of other hands as well. The limpers should be raising their better K's and Q's.

This is probably a spot were I bet too much.
