Standard hand or more to read into it? Standard hand or more to read into it?

As played, I don't mind check calling the turn. Its one of those spots where I just shrug and call because I have top pair with 4 outs to a boat, and 4 dirty outs to a straight.

I'll prolly fold river UI if I'm facing an overcalr, otherwise i call.

I like the turn dump, personally.

Thanks for all the tips!

I do think my call was okay in the small blind. See reasons for dumping and popping, but don't think it was so horrible given ranges. Some folks agree.

Maybe not optimal, but not terrible.

I do believe when I check raise to isolate a wide range and get two people calling two bets cold, my hand is in trouble. When the heart comes, with bet and cold call, I must be behind. Calling the turn seems stubborn with 4 outs.

I think the call in the small is totally fine to be honest. It's a live decision, and I wasn't there. There are spots where I'd dump it, but not necessarily. At 20/40 you're able to exploitative check-raise some c-bets, but against more rational opponents, I'd lead this flop.

If you believe button will bet with most of his range, why would you lead, as oppose to check raise?
