<Q1 Answer in Regards to C/R Ax Q>
Yes, I think some Ax should be used to C/R turn with. Depends on game flow and how you want the villain to play vs HERO in the future. Regardless in terms of GTO, I imagine there should be some portion of Ax at certain frequency should be C/R ed. I play bad though so don't know off the top of my head nor do I even C/R Ax in real time when I do play 20/40 half kill in HorseShoe Hammond area.
<Question 2 Answer in Regards to B3B AK>
I think AK is strong enough to b/3b.
<Question 3 Answer in Regards to Villain Spot to Raise with Ax>
For BTN (villain's spot) I think I would want at the minimum ATo+ to raise the turn, maybe AJo+. Did not stove or do any calculations using EquiLab, etc, just off top of my head if I was, for example, playing 20/40 half kill right now at the moment.
<Question 4 Answer in Regards to C/R Flush Draw>
Yes, in terms of GTO, I imagine there should be a portion of flush draws at certain frequency should be C/R ed.
Don't know what that would be though since I play bad and is too stingy to buy those GTO calculators DonJuan recommended people to buy since the market is too busy for me to be playing poker at the moment.
