The button opens and I call in the BB with JcTh. The button is a TAG/fish reg. He's the type to 3 bet the flop and check the turn UIP with a draw. He will b/3b strong made hands as well.
KdQd9d...I check, he bets, I raise, he 3 bets, I 4 bet and he calls. No cap HU.
I think the flop is fine against this player type. Against someone who 3bets the flop liberally, 4betting and leading is going to make a bit more than c/c c/r, particularly since villain should check blank turns on this texture more than usual.
On the turn, I usually just c/c down. There are some players where I would fold but it wouldn’t be my default. Under no circumstances would I lead any street, even if villain checks back the turn.
