what idiot ever came up with our calendar?

lets randomly put one month as having 28 days when every other month has 30 or 31 days when we could just as easily have 7 months with 30 days and 5 months with 31 days. then every 4yrs make one of those months that have 30 days have 31 days.

like this for the 12months.

30 31 30 31 30 31 30 31 30 31 30 (30 or 31 days)

seems easy enough.

1) Revive the Roman Empire.
2) Become Emperor.
3) Conquer the World.
4) Make my own calendar.

let me just add that to my list of goals. preferably shortterm.

What do poker players need w/ a calendar anyway when everyday is the same? I barely know what day of the week it is and if it wasn't that the big garbage can goes out on Mon & Thurs and the recycle bin on Wed and that the big newspaper is on the driveway on Sun I'd be totally lost.

At least since we have to have a leap day, it's in an easily identifiable month.

one of my friends opens btn to 3.5k, bb raises another 8k, btn clicks it back for 11k more. bb folds. btn shows 3

my friend opens in HJ for 4.5k, same villain in SB tanks 3bs for 10k more. my friend shoves for 60k. sb tanks and calls A

I like that February only has 28 days. It's my least favorite month -- cold, boring, nothing good ever happens. Get it over with, the sooner the better.

Upon the recommendation of Howard Beale, I aquired a cell phone booster so my iPhone could get some damn reception in my house, only to find myself ****-blocked by an insurmountable obstacle. Proper installation requires the drilling of a "hole".

Failing all of the above, I'll be out there the first full week of April. I'll ship my jackhammer ahead of time and fix that pesky problem permanently.

How/does this work? One major reason I don't have an iPhone is that AT&T service at my house is practically non-existent despite living about 3 blocks from Apple HQ.

i started a new diet in which i only eat:

green peppers, mushrooms, onions
beef jerky
orange juice

idk how particularly healthy this is but i enjoy eating all these things so whatever.
