I think there's a disconnect between willingness to raise the flop and unwillingness to delay to *some* turns. Like, if we don't feel comfortable with the idea of raising any J turn, how robust is our flop equity estimate?
Getting heads up is so often a good thing, not discounting it. But does doing so here help us play better across more turns and rivers than if we had called? I don't see how but maybe I'm missing something.
