Game is 7 handed live 20-40 LHE

Villains are

X --> Slightly tricky LAG. I've got some history w/ him. I c-bet and value bet thin a lot. He knows this and c/r's me a lot. Probably too much.
Y --> Spewy LAG

Y raises UTG, folded to me, I 3-bet AJ in MP, X calls in BB, Y calls.

Flop
268
checked to me, I bet, X calls, Y raises, I call, X calls

Turn
J
checked to Y who bets, I raise, X calls, Y 3-bets, I call, X 4-bets (capping it), Y calls, I call

River
7
X checks, Y checks, I check

Questions:
1. How did I play the hand. Comments on all streets appreciated.
2. What hands/ranges do we put the Villains on. I'm kind of at a loss here.

You should edit the hand and remove the river action. After the turn action I would put X specifically on a draw, and would guess you are chopping at best with Y. I like how you played the hand on all streets.

I think I've passed the window for editing. I guess part of what made putting them on a hand hard is the river action. After the turn, that was my read. River confused me.

When exactly on the turn do you fold? You've got 3 opportunities.

when BB caps... I really do not think we are ever ahead, in fact I think folding to a three bet from Y is fine as well. Your raise on the turn was good, but in my opinion it should be raise/fold.

POTAP: you think folding to the turn 3bet getting 16:1 is okay? Really? He can easily have AJcc or KJcc. Folding to the cap is also pretty bad as he almost certainly has a draw like 9Tcc or something, counts 15 outs and figures his cap gives him a tiny equity edge 3-way. I'm not saying it's correct, but you can imagine people capping a draw here 3way because they think they have a small edge.

Check river looks good, I actually don't expect to win all the time, but your hand is probably good a decent chunk of the time. I doubt BB has a set.

If it were 2 bets back to me on the turn I'd fold, but given both opponents are LAGs and we have the best hand here against at least 1 opponent some of the time, and outs against 2 pair we can't fold at any point.

I'd be surprised if the river was a call if the BB bet and UTG called unless both players were really spewy.

In a typical hyper-laggy 20-40 (which is typical for the East coast) folding the turn is criminal. It's definitely possible that they're both on draws/top-pair type hands.

I doubt either villain is checking w better than you on the river considering you just called down on turn. They can't be (reasonably) fishing for a k-raise, so betting would be ok imo. Thin, but ok. I prob check too tbh tho. Can never be to careful ...
