As the title says I’m getting crushed on Saturday.
Anyone else have a day they just can’t seem to win?
Do you not play on that day?
Any suggestions.

Saturday session winrate at 30% all other days over 60% this is with over 1000 hours in game

It could, but not worth considering after ~145 hours. Besides, if you can lock up 6 winning days a week at this small sacrifice its well worth it!

I think it's most likely variance. OP could answer whether the game is worse or better on Saturdays.

If the game is much much better it could be higher variance. For example, tables with wild LAGs and maniacs are great for you but will be very high variance in the short run compared to playing passive tables where a lot of your money is stealling blinds and winning small pots with position.

1000 hours = ~35k hands, which means nothing. You will need to play years to have a reasonable sample, so dont waste your time thinking about it.

Your sample size is too small but here’s a few thoughts:

Are the games any different on Saturday?

Do you play at the same casino on Saturday?

Do you stay out too late Friday?

Do you have more obligations on Saturday and have to be somewhere and can’t play as long as you’d like?

Do you drink extra on Saturdays? Pay attention to sports more than you would at other times? While you can't get accurate stats in small samples, it might be worth doing a quick check to make sure that there isn't something different on this worst day than any other. Never a bad time to look for leaks.

Does game play different?

People like going to Vegas during superbowl, fight weeks, etc., as there might be looser players.

Saturday brings looser players or weekend warriors who are quite proficient an Limit Holdem, but have job.

Might be a lot of old heads who are familiar with Sklansky/Malmuth original work never cared to make transition to No Limit holdem. If you read their limit hold em book, some plays might appear loose, but are actually expert plays.

Like, 3 betting low pairs from the blind, but flatting A-Q.

No joke I think Saturdays are worse the local spot I go to because it's Omaha high hands instead of hold'em high hand

Is your physical and mental condition on saturday different than other days? This is always worth looking at carefully, as it can affect the quality of your play.

Would suggest taking a few saturday offs and making small changes in your routine instead of regular habits and see if that can help give you a little boost.
