20 live 9 handed

Folded to me in LJ and I raise Qh9h, TAG HJ 3 bets, Kinda laggy guy in BB caps and myself and HJ call.

HJ range...77+ KQs+AJo+ATs+

BB range...99+ AsQs+ AQo+......With some occasional crazy stuff like 86s.

AsQd3h...BB bets, I call, Hj raises, BB 3 bets(He doesn't have 86s) and it's up to me....What should I do?

Pre is close both times. I usually call 2nd time around, but don't hate folding.

Flop is a very easy fold 2nd time around. You have 5 outs *max* but very easily have 0 outs. BB cap pre + 3b flop is a huge red flag. You are still in a sandwich position, where you can be raised on flop or on turn if HJ is delaying.

Nothing to do but fold here. Am I missing something?

Pre is probably a pip too loose. I think opening HJ is fine.

Folding the flop the second time around is an easy decision. I tried to delete this after I wrote it but I can never figure out how to delete.

I thought for a second that the first flop decision was close, but it's not.

Easy fold on the flop.

Preflop depends on the action prior. If it's truly a live game I fold preflop.
