How often should you be check raising the river on a typical board. As a newer limit player I was leading out and betting most rivers.

Do you gain much value by check raising to encourage a river bluff against an agressive skilled player? Am I losing value with made hands? If I successfully pull off a river check raise early in a session should we be reverting to a bet on the river for value. Against weak players I am still liking the bet vs check raise while adding more bluffs in there. Is this correct.

What is your cbet frequency 70- 100% on the flop with a raise pre?

Lastly how has the game changed in the last few years in your experience?

If you cbet 100% you will be exploited and attacked a lot! The will go after your capped ranges a lot as well
