I'm probably three-betting the flop and then just calling down if I get raised again by the TAG. We are probably way ahead of TAG (lower pair, some random semibluff) or way behind (T, KK, or AA). So in this big pot, there is some value in folding out the killer who is the most likely to have a random A or K in his hand, and if he calls three bets with worse, great. If killer wakes up with a T, so be it.
As played, I would bet the river. TAG is unlikely to be checking back the turn with a better hand, and I wouldn't bank on him deciding to bet the river with worse. And I hate putting in three bets when it was some sort of trap play on the turn.
