Whenever you do this, do you ever fastroll and put the chip on your cards before they shamefully muck?

Nah, cause sometimes they have pairs they think they are bluffing and I look like a complete idiot. Also, I only like to embarrass the pricks, you know the kind that would say "how do you call there?" By the time they have asked that the fastroll window has closed so I have to resort to other methods.

Bah, wish I woulda did this today, but he went to the ATM right after the hand anyways....

Guy who just lost two big pots in a row limps in MP, I limp in CO with 22, button an unimaginative player who I always know where he is at raises, SB who has like 8 racks in front of him calls, MP tiltily 3 bets, I call, button and SB call. Flop comes QJ5, MP bets, I decide to deposit $20, button calls, SB folds. Turn pairs Q, MP bets, I call, and I am very happy to see button fold. River comes an 8, he bets all in for 7 chips, I call, and he announces "A high", button folded 99,

Woo WOOOOOOOOOOO!

Shorthanded live LHE is just too sick for words.
Well to avoid getting stuck in the first place I recommend not cold-calling UTG raises with 22. Especially when its capped 3way preflop. bastard

I was quite amused by how tilted Jeff got because of the 3bets. I'm not quite sure what he expected to see when he demanded to see my KK in the aforementioned hand. I do believe that is the first time I didn't get annoyed when someone invoked IWTSTH.

Anyway, great playing with you. I hope not to make a habit of it

boc told me to come to AC and I did since I'm his bitch. At the time I had like $600 in cash including debit, credit, etc. He swaps me 5k cash for PS money when I meet him there.

I make a little over $13,000 over the course of 6 days playing 20-40 and tell him he can keep his $5,000 back. I lose 2k in 30-60 and 40-80 and go home.

Fun coolers including my 99 losing on 9 7 5:spade 3 3 board. 3b PF capped flop 3b turn 5b river(3way)

K8 < 99 9838K (lol at him b/c riv with 99)

Oh and I woulda 1 outered a guy for set over set vs. AA if played bad and took 3 to the face with 99 =\

You made over 300bb in 6 days? That's unreal.

I think I ended up doing a little bit better than boc in WR, I know I did after he lost a little in the 1-2 game but he's up a lot and I stopped keeping track.

O ya this was kewl 2

Open Q3s SB , BB calls 842 I bet he yells "Raise!" I call. Turn A I check and he bets n now I'm like lol pot odds so i call river's a ace and im like wow a pair of aces pretty good hand right so i check and he bets and im like hmm aces, queen kicker, prolly good. so I call and say "all i have is queen high" and the table gets silent as the other guy says "well that beats Jack high"

lol wat a ****in nub

i mean why was he betting in to my queen high with only Jack high i mean he has nothing and he's betting in to me i was so confused??? I tried to ask him why he would do that but he left instantly after that hand so i never got a chance

Just looked: I have $110 in the bank and $50 left on my credit card. I got a room at the Borg and I couldn't even get it because I had no card for the security deposit. I had to give them $300 cash which they will mail back in 4-6 weeks.

Mitch, I think I know who you're talkin about...but I may be wrong. There's only one guy at the Oaks that I know of who consistently does that.

Either way, it's hilarious.

utg woman limps, next up limps, huge fish limps next up, guy raises in the CO, one of the blinds call, everyone else calls

flop is 977 two spades
checked to CO who bets, blind folds, woman calls, guy calls, huge fish calls

turn Ax
checked to CO he bets, woman calls, guy folds, huge fish calls

river Jx
the woman now throws her hands up in the air in a godammit i missed kind of motion then pounds the table with a fist. she checks and starts shuffling her cards old man style. huge fish checks, shuffles his cards once then holds them out as if he's getting ready to muck. CO bets, and now the woman puts her cards down and check-raises. people start laughing and the huge fish goes "wow nice hollywooding" then oohs and ahhs for 10-15s and finally decides to throw away 16 chips. i'm trying really hard not to laugh at this point but CO decides to not let me hold it in any longer by 3-betting and letting me watch the woman get an oh **** look on her face before calling then seeing that the huge fish decides he hates money and overcalls.

so i'm in the back of garden city talking on the phone when a brand new benz playing pretty loud rap music pulls up and parks in a no-parking spot. the guy turns off his engine but leaves his lights and music on. an indian guy wearing sunglasses, at 11pm, gets out of the car and is just chilling there talking on his cell phone. after a minute or two the song playing in his car ends and a new song comes on. the song starts off with a poppy beat then kelly clarkson starts singing. after 15 seconds the guy realizes he's blasting kelly clarkson from his car so he reaches in his car and changes the song then decides to get in his car and drive away

bakku, I think he means he laughed for 45 seconds. I know I did.

And the hand you posted before that is so incredibly awesome. There are few things in poker that warm my heart more that Hollywooders getting pwned.

Quoted for player reference for the 2nd hand coming up.

How I lost a BB: I raise UTG in a 5 handed game with A9o where if it keeps up for more than an hour, I will bust everyone unless I run like ****. SB calls, and BB, an asian lady who doesn't appear to be good at poker threebets, and we both call.

Flop comes AQx, SB checks, she checks, and I check because IT COULD BE A TARP. Turn comes an A, SB checks, she checks again, and no more being afraid of the TARP so I bet, SB folds, and lady calls. River comes a J and she jumps out of her seat and bets. I sigh, and decide to burn $40 as she shoes JJ. After this hand, I vow to make that $40 up later by making a good fold on the river.

About two hours later I get the chance. A loose but wierdly aggressive player limps in EP, and I raise in MP with TT, the BB who had the 99 in the hand I quoted called (he had just moved from the must move, so he can come in for free, he sat in the game two away from BB, sat out next two hands, then decided to post his BB instead of waiting two more for free cards????) and the EP limper calls.

Flop comes J9x with two hearts, BB checks, and EP donks. He has been donking into me a lot, ever since he donked on a 973 flop with two spades, and I called him down with AJ on a 3 turn and 7 river and beat him. So he knows I will call him down light, which means a J is very possible. I call, and BB calls. Turn comes a T, jackpot! BB checks, limper bets, I raise, and BB wakes up and threebet, Oh ****. EP folds and says "nice hand" to the BB, I call. River puts the third heart out but doesn't pair board, but he doesn't have a flush, he has KQ or Q8 100% of the time. He bets, and I fold, thus earning back the $40 I wasted two hours earlier. He showd Q8, and I made a fold that I would not have made a month ago when I was running like crap.

Woo WOOOOOOOOOOO!

can't believe I missed ss's triumphant return to AC after six months during the first week I take off during that time. of course I only know who he is because I watched a minute of one of his poker videos once and lol'd at how his online monologue is only slightly toned down while playing live.
08-06-2008 , 12:58 PM
Well I did something yesterday that I don't think I've ever done before.

Sat down in a 40/80 must-move. First hand I posted, got dealt junk, and folded. Second hand I open in LP and get 3-bet from the SB by the young white blonde kid who plays there a lot. Flop 663, he bets I call. Turn A he bets I call. River A he checks, I bet, he c/r's and shows 66.

I tell him to go **** himself and that he's never getting another dime from me ever. I rack up and go play 20.
08-06-2008 , 01:32 PM
That seems reasonable.
08-06-2008 , 02:00 PM
so you skipped a bunch of free hands because you were so insulted that he would sexy you? he's just trying to make money

fwiw i think his play is def less EV than b/3b river so really you should be happy that he has such fps

I've actually gotten like 600% better live about being a douche even when down 40-60BB.... even at 20-40.

Also, who is you? It's so unfair that you know me but I do not know you.

Wait, you're not sure whether or not you've ever done that before?
