If you’re playing against someone super predictable who will c/r flop with any pair, play passively with draws, and never bluff the river, then yeah, go ahead and bet the turn. But this hand is not much more than a bluff catcher and it seems better to check back, potentially induce some bluffs, and save yourself a bet when you’re behind. You also become very easy to play against if you blindly fire two barrels every time (particularly in a BTN v BB spot) and you should be checking back a bunch of hands here. It seems like A7 is a good hand to have in that mix.
