Hero raises AQ UTG, SB calls, BB calls. SB has been active and aggressive. BB seems ABC.

Flop T74

Hero bets, SB raises, BB folds.

Plan for the rest of the hand?

Check back the flop. As played folding seems like your best option.

Checking the flop seems like the best play, but in the heat of battle I’d probably bet also. I’d call the raise often enough so that I wouldn’t be exploitable.

If you b/c the flop, what are you doing on the following turn cards: A, Q, K, T?

If you bet and both your opponents fold, you probably had them crushed. If you bet and one of your opponents raises, you can’t be sure if they even have you beat but your hand has so little playability on most run outs that you should fold. Checking saves you a SB, plus you occasionally improve to the best hand on some turns, and furthermore sometimes you check it down 3 ways and win with ace high.

Given that most winning players are winning at 1 BB per hour, saving this SB may account for half your hourly. I would save cbets for drier flops that favor your range, or hands that either stand to be the best hand or have robust equity (semi-bluffs). Mindlessly cbetting makes you easy to play against.

I think bet call is fine on the flop and I would call all of those run outs on the turn.

I don't know whether to laugh or to cry. Man, I miss the old 2p2.

Hmm I call when I pair up but fold because I think it's likely they paired up on the K.

Just check behind OTF and let her barrel off and call down on any non-diamond turn and river.

i like checking back the flop HU. 3 way seems like you give too much free equity to hands that will automuck to a bet.

Ya for sure check flop. Monotone boards are pretty bad for 100% cbet strategies, especially when they lack high cards.

"i like checking back the flop HU. 3 way seems like you give too much free equity to hands that will automuck to a bet. "

This is a minor issue in this particular hand but the idea that you should bluff wider in multiway pots than when heads up is a big mistake if repeatedly applied.
