I open button with TsTh, loose passive SB calls, TAG calls in BB....I'm pretty sure he doesn't 3 anything here.

I three bet for information given your position and to isolate. Punish SB with a likely draw and find out exactly how strong BB is.

I'd only consider reraising the flop. I think raising the turn or river UIP would be spew.
