Congratulations!

I might try to get comped at Pottowatami in Milwaukee. IMO has softest games in Midwest although live games always soft

Yes. Best 30/60 half kill LHE game that runs in Midwest at Pottowatami in Milwaukee

Card room closed during Covid but 30/60 LHE kill used to run Thu -> Sun if I recall

Used to have 200/400 15 game mix ran per major Maniac whale(S) unless confusing with Horseshoe Hammond Indiana now has 0 poker sans donkaments

OT: I never played 200/400 15 game mix but think ninefingershuffle played it when able

Night time boat tour on the seine in Paris. I bet if U shop around u can find a more personal tour as opposed to the big ones full of tourists.

Muse d'orsay was a nice selection of more traditional art with a heavy dose of impressionism, which may or may not have changed much.

I never got into the abstract modern art stuff. No comment.

The louvre was interesting but I would skip it in favor of d'orsay.

Sacre Coeur(been a while, spelling might be off) features a large hill which may be climbed by the stairs that have been there a long long time, or u can take a nifty pair of pulley driven elevators that use the weight of the opposing elevator to save energy. This may be updated since. But the sacred heart shrine at the top is a piece of history worth appreciating.

Theres a Joan of arc museum(not sure if this is Paris), which is a very peculiar collection of history. I would like this more now.

If interested in the Joan of arc museum, I suggest reading Joan of arc by Mark Twain in preparation.

Find a square with someone selling fresh croissants in the morning. Try some different variations.

Eat all the cheese and drink all the wine.

If I keep bumping thread, will it get to 300?

Issue is no one ever posts anymore although I'll just post random old Archived threads and/or EPIC hands played by Sheseasy live 2022.

OT2: Adamchambers (think I sold this SN to 2-3 different people if I recall per 100% RB) & Sheseasy played vs Crazymike on Absolue / UB during 100% RB deal which was epic ♥️ , especially loved Sheseasy coming home blackout drunk, rolling cigars laced with snow then playing HUHU until 2pm CST which resulted in Phenomenal wins 30/60+

OT3: But how much did Sheseasy lose vs random TV pros who buttoned or hit & ran

Night time river cruise will probably be quite freezing end of December. Maka where are you staying in Paris / which arrondisement? I spent 2 weeks there this past spring...

Would second Bob and highly recommend sacre-coeur. Make sure to get there in daylight as the views of the city are fantastic. If you are there close to dinner time had a great meal at a small place a short walk from the church called LouLou Montmartre.

Some standard great tourist things to do...
- day trip to Versailles, super easy to take the metro and very cool place
- get Berthillon ice cream in ile saint louis (maybe not so great in december but best ice cream anywhere imo)
- our favorite museum was the centre pompidou - modern art.

Restaurants:
- les philosophes (classic french) and l'as du falafel in le marais.
- Clamato (seafood) or clown bar in bastilles area
- every patisserie you can find for breakfast each morning

Lol. Never trust a new englander's advice on enjoyable winter activities. I was in Normandy and Paris for 3 weeks in the middle of winter 98. Never needed more than a thin jacket.

Very OT but I'll play 30/60 HUHU LHE if you can find a site.

FYI I'm NIT TAG fish losing player only able to not busto per 100% rakeback deal as prop on Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet.

PM me or reply in this thread if interested.

OT: Ninefingershuffle may know live private games around Commerce or Foxwoods live if interested

PS: Sean Snyder home games in San Diego used to run if he stopped in lieu of high stakes 100/200 mix at casinos in San Diego

Second the above. It may feel blasphemous to skip the louvre, and there's stuff in there worth seeing, but in a limited time trip there are just way better places and museums to get bang for the buck.

I also liked the Orangerie, the Rodin museum, and the Picasso museum.

If you're ok with the macabre, I really enjoyed the catacombs: https://www.catacombes.paris.fr/en

Versailles is amazing. In the winter you won't get the lush garden view, but the snow covered view is almost as good.

If you're a history/war buff, Les Invalides, napoleon's tomb, was impressive.

This time second game lasted well past midnight (but 10 game broke by midnight). Main game went all night. Rejoined second game at 11am, never got moved to main game by the time I left at dinnertime on sat. So a little stronger this trip, maybe, but still nothing like the old days.

Will be able to report on Sat nights next month.

Happy holidays all!

Happy Holidays

I'd PM DonJuan if interested in trying to run 20/40+ at Borgata. Think Donjuan generally goes to Parx & 40/80+ but think enjoys live poker to diversify income stream & close to 0% chance DonJuan has losing session assuming no hit & running

4. Jordan Stay Loyal 2 Finishline
5. Nike Hyperdunk X (Karl Anthony Towns)

It looks very chaotic, as far as when/if games are going.

20 is stronger than 40 these days..

The room situation is even more murky and compounded by no one caring. I've heard the room's revenue isn't down a ton without giving rooms. Borgata doesn't correlate poker rooms = pit mistakes. Seems their content to milk everyone for everything
