Back in the day (2010) I could get both junior suites and water club rooms free all weekend every weekend. Mabel (poker host) hooked me up to an epic degree.

I’m surprised it’s harder now.

A lot of casinos treat poker players like we are no more worth catering to than the general public now… and who knows maybe they’re right.

I think the reason is just economics. From what I hear at Ontario casinos, a quarter slot machine earns more than a table full of poker players. In the square footage of each poker table, the casino can place 3-4 slot machines. I don’t agree but I understand why casino management looks at poker the way it does.

With fewer casinos and fewer poker rooms than in years past, I imagine they don't feel the need to lure as many players with comps.

Nice! Never been comped rooms but Commerce in my experiences had been great per free food, ride to airport, free cigarettes, free alcohol, explootable regs & donkament bust outs

Live home games EPIC per free alcohol, cigarettes, snow, food, ganja, etc depending on game

No comps but IRL at non home games has never been bad unless it got 3 handed / HUHU vs Sheseasy which was painful
