In my last 95k hands of 25 NL Zone, I am winning at a 7+ BB/100 clip! I am looking forward to finally becoming competent enough to crush 200 Zone and take shots at 500 Zone.
I am glad you are crushing again! You might be the GOAT when it comes to just playing a ton, not studying, and still getting really good at poker. Nowadays, most regs refuse to believe that it is possible to beat 200 NL without zillions of hours working with PIO solver and a good coach.
As far as $3 per hand, I assume you mean at 30/60 LHE? That is a huge heater, but 5 BB/100 for a stretch is obv possible. But does that include your 200 and 500 NL? If so, that blows my mind. Your winrate must be off the charts to the point that you clearly belong in the 10/20 games.
As far as pre-flop charts, the only ones I know of are here:

You would need to buy monkersolver and learn how to use it as well. That price is absurd imo, and I have no idea how good those ranges are. If you keep bringing it up ITT, someone in the know might PM you and offer to sell you some for a slightly less ridiculous price. I don't play LHE anymore, so I am not the person to ask.
As far as NL ranges, the ones on GTO Wizard are free. You just have to sign up through a google email and you can see them all. They use the pre-flop ranges as a way to advertise their post-flop product which costs a monthly fee to access.
Somebody has some solved preflop ranges for fl sh for free?
Or atleast help me out in this situation. BU Openraises, SB 3bets, What do you coldcall in the BB getting 4.5:1? How much equity do you want vs say the following ranges.
22+,A2s+,K4s+,Q6s+,J7s+,T7s+,96s+,85s+,74s+,64s+,5 4s,43s,A2o+,K8o+,Q9o+,J9o+,T9o,98o BU
55+,A6s+,KTs+,QTs+,J9s+,T9s,98s,ATo+,KJo+ SB
No sure if these ranges are even good. I calculate all hands that have >26% equity vs both ranges and it looks like this for example:
22+
A2s+, K5s+, Q8s+, J8s+, T7s+, 97s+, 86s+, 75s+, 65s, 54s
A8o+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo
