$5 in particular which aside from $1 is the most bread-and-butter denomination there is in any cardroom in the land. As I mentioned above, the 30/60 stud players said they didn't get any $10 chips because the NL and of course 40/80 LHE games were using them all, and that is believable because $10 is a fairly rare denomination.
I'd think a 30/60 game should have priority over a 5-10 NL game simply because NL plays just fine in $5 chips. Once the bet gets over $100 everyone's using higher denoms anyway. But 30/60 in green and red is clumsy, especially in multiway pots during the stud 8 round. (Everyone should have some red for antes but after that it should be an orange $10 chip game.)
