They got rid of almost all their non-holdem games a few months ago. Too bad, because their software is the best. There's still a few games, but you have to look hard. The ring games are bad because the rake is uncapped, so you almost have to play tournaments. There's a stud8 tournament every hour.

Sitting on the rail watching one of the softest looking 20 games I've ever seen and I'm 3rd up. Fml.

My house has a 5th, 7th, 8th, 8th, and 10th so far. We are house "close but basically mincashed"

Let's see if I can figure out your house!

5th: DD
7th: DH?
8th: KM?
8th: OTR?
10th: DD

Some of those are significantly better than a min cash. 5th place was 18x buyin.

Poker is tough:

Expert? Nice Hand? Lucky? Results Oriented?

4 or 5 limps to me on button, I call K6. Go off 6 or 7 ways.

Flop is KK2, checked to me, I bet, get 4 callers I think.

Turn is a 2, checked to me and I check.

River is a 4, 3 checks, someone bets, I contemplate and slowly call after someone next to me says "A high good" and SB calls.

Bettor shows 44, I show, and SB mucks.

This may be dumb, but I've been wondering about it since the World Series started: why is O8 so popular at the Rio? Really never any LHE on bravo there, but 75/150, 20/40, and 10/20 O8 seem to never break and always have multiple tables going.

the Dunning–Kruger effect is strongest in O8

also probably preferred by reg nit grinders that don't like variance

It's fun. It's like playing 6 hands at a time. Split pot.

In the game High-low Big O, there should be basically no playable hands which don't include an ace, which means that everyone but the blinds was playing trash preflop, so it should be a very good game.

Everyone has quads, so they split the pot.

Spoiler:
We both have quads!
Spoiler:
But seriously, what chillrob said

Yes. KKQJT double suited is garbage in BigO.

I think you're wrong, there are 4 aces on the COMMUNITY CARDS.

I think KKQJT double suited is the nuts on this board.
