Nope. You just to have to be familiar with good limit players in Arizona and be able to use basic logic

I figured out who OTT was, but I still have no idea what happened.

Can you watch the limit poker stuff on the live at the bike without paying any money? I signed up for a free acct but cant access the videos I dont think.

Only live stuff. I was told it's 20 to watch archives. I assume that's per year.

FWIW it shows how beatable the games truly are when there's action players in the mix. Like in that hand against a table full of experts, Wayne wins the blinds (+0.75 BB). Instead, he won a 14 BB pot with 5.5 BB invested (+9.5 BB). Sure it makes the variance aggravating, but those extra bets are sweet.

Chugging through Ray Zee's Stud 8 / Omaha 8 book before bed. Is it true that I'd basically have to sit there and play like 8% of hands? Seems brutal.

I don't think you need to play that tightly, where are you getting the number?

Just a pulled out of my rear end sarcastic jab at the starting hand requirements of Stud 8 . It just seems wicked hard to find reasons to enter pots; big pairs, 3 small flush cards, 3 small straight cards; three wheel cards, rolled up. What percentage of starting hands are this good? I normally start wondering if I can come in with razz trash at some point versus just being anted and bring in'd off.

An ace and two other low cards is usually playable, of course depending on the action. A small pair with another low card is sometimes playable as well. A lot depends on the action so far, the dead cards, the ante structure, etc.

Yeah the ray z starting hands are just the most common ones that you will almost always get to play on 3rd, so it's a top heavy range.

There's other spots where you will have chances to open no matter what your hole cards are. Like 6d brings in and there's a 9, K, 8 that folds to your (Q2s)As w a Jd behind you and no other dead spades.. You will steal there always.

Razz hands become playable against two highs, even raising for equity. Given you are the only one going for low.

costs 19/mo iirc

Does having Amazon Prime / Twitch prime allow free access?
05-15-2017 , 05:40 AM
Am i the only one who finds 19 per month obnoxious? wow. bizarre.

Well, training sites charge a lot more, and I doubt you learn as much about humanity as you will watching Israeli Ron play.

not defending the pricepoint, but it's surprisingly expensive running the show.. they could bring down costs a tonnn

If you have an AK in the hole w/ the 6 showing, should you defend? (assume two to a suit, live hand) If so, what should your plan of action be?

Never give up, even after you give up:

$10-$20 PLO:

Aggressive maniac in CO [80/60 with 80% AGG] raises to $60; I 3b SB to $200 with Ad-Qh-Td-5h, Maniac calls.

Flop ($400) Js9s4s
I cbet $130, Maniac calls

Turn ($660) 2s
I barrel $400, Maniac calls

River ($1460) blank
I check give up. Maniac bets $300. I pounce on this obvious sizing tell and xr to $1400. He folds!
