Eh, the numbers are not necessarily accurate. The first one is from using bodywhat.com, I reduced it from 22 to 13 over a six month span. The 27 comes from the thing they have you hold at a gym, which I know can be wildly inaccurate. I do suspect the number is too high, but I really am in the worst shape of my life.
Frustrated with myself for getting to this point so soon and not looking forward to the work that needs to be put in to fix it, but it has to be done.
I found a personal trainer in that has his own gym and will allow you to do three sessions per week for $350 a month. At that rate it seems unlikely he is a good personal trainer, but for right now it's perfect- sadly, I just need to be forced to commit.
