Give much more info on what you will be playing and you'll get a better answer.

Best support around is pokerstars imo.

I am in Georgia.

So your options are Full Tilt, anything on Cake Network and UB/Absolute for high traffic sites with a rakeback deal.

Cakes the 'best deal' but lower traffic and software that crashes.

UB/AP is a contributed rakeback method so it's a little different (lower rakeback) than FTP and Cake which uses dealt method.....

Just go get rakeback at Full Tilt Poker. You'll like the site and the deals alright. Or search the rakeback forum if you wanna nit pick the 'best deal' but seriously just stay at Stars or play on Full Tilt with rakeback IMO.
