Nope, still having the same problem. WSOP.com's customer service team is terrible about this because I email them once a week about this, and half the time they respond saying it's a problem with the settings on my computer, and the other half of time they admit it's a known issue that they're working on. I think the only thing we can do is keep reminding them that a resolution is needed. Unfortunately because this is ultimately 888's software (curious if they have this issue on 888?), WSOP might actually not have any involvement in getting it fixed.
