Winning Poker Network table popup

Just built a new PC, everything seems to be working fine. Deceided to start a poker session, and ran into a major issue while multi tabling.
The issue is, auto popup is enabled on WPN, yet instead of popping to the front, it gets put in the back, yet the table is highlighted as the one that is open. I know WPN had updates over the last few days, yet nobody in the WPN thread has mentioned this, so I'm assuming it's my PC error.
Graphics card is a Geforce GTX 1660 Super.

I think it is more likely to be an issue with WPN than an issue with with Microsoft Windows and your PC.
