I've been talking to my ISP about this for a month with no resolution. The issue is that every single day at approximately 8pm my upload speeds will crash down to ~1Mb/s and then slowly recover over the next 45ish minutes back to its normal 10Mb/s. We have tried: plugging directly into the modem and running in safe mode, new modem, checking out the modem diagnostics page, new Ethernet cable, different wall outlet, different computer, pings/traceroutes which show no issues, and a tech came out and tested everything from outside my apartment to my modem. No problems are found and nothing fixes it. Unless it's also happening some time while I'm sleeping it's exclusively from 8-9pm. They don't seem to think it has anything to do with their network performance at peak times. Any ideas?

If you see it with different hardware on your end; new modems and different machines then it's most likely on their end. Do you know any of your neighbors enough to ask them if they see the same thing?

Unfortunately I don't. I'm also on a smaller ISP and we have several options so it's not even super likely they're on the same provider.

Any ideas on why the browse button would be missing for the Image Uploader Multiple images upload?

2+2 doesn't accept photo uploads. Mention a so-called sister site again and you'll be banned for spamming.
