Hi, I am stuck. I have downloaded 6 months of historical horse betting data from Betfair Historical Data, Horse Racing BASIC plan:

I downloaded 7-Zip to extract the .tar files, once I extracted the files I got these .bz2 files under a lot of folders. I don't know how to extract the .bz2 now. I have tried excel and notepad and got nothing. I found this:

But have no idea what next and whether I should be messing with .dll files.
