So I tried to install and when cames to 99%. appears an error to contact the support.

Error detail its : 0x000d8cc0 , error while launching installation (setup.exe

Can you help me??

Other people on the internet have reported that it might be caused by the 888 poker client having a conflict with an already-installed copy of the software. I suggest going to Windows Add/Remove programs, and uninstalling the 888 software if it is listed there, restarting your computer, and then downloading a fresh copy of the file

Either way, you should contact 888 for their assistance. After all, if they're going to charge you chunks of money to play on their service, they should help you to do that.

I've stuck on Windows 7 but I can't imagine that win10 wouldn't allow you to contact 888

So I dont think the problem its the Windows. I never had the 888poker client installed on this machine. I clean all cache and history.
Turn off AVG to do This operation. And the problem persists.
Error to unpackage the download.
And the other way 1606 location/bin.

Do you can help me to solve this situation?

If you contact their support, instead of asking here, they would be able to tell you what that error means and how to fix it.

SLBotellon,

Me and the other volunteer posters on this site can guess at possible answers. For example:
a) you could try downloading the file to a different location on your computer, and try installing to a different directory
b) you could try using a different computer

Or, you could just contact 888 and ask them for their help.

At the end of the day, if this company (888) can't help you get their software onto your computer, then do you really want to play there and make financial transactions with them?

running into the same problem as you OP, did you find a solution? I already had 888 installed, when I went to open it, it prompted me with an update to install, did this, came up with an error code so uninstalled the software then went to the website to try and reinstall and getting the same error code as you
