Choosing a Bootcamp Partition

For those of you use Bootcamp, did you choose
FAT or NTFS?
FAT is limited to 32GB. If all you use windows for is
for poker, about how many hands could you store in 32G?

My current database in 5 months old and it is already 78 GB. All the next gen trackers have monster databases due to the fact that they store more info.
