Samsung SSD 860 EVO, 2,5" - 500GB

Isnt 500MB/s little? I have HDD(dont understand, yep different technology) and there should be 220MB/s - but playing few tables and sometime very laggy (16GB ram, six core cpu)
I have H2N

is enought or it isnt enought to "normal very quick respond"? Or I should choose technology like m.2 ?

I have by the way this:
HDD Seagate BarraCuda 7200, 3,5" SATA III,

and motherboard this:
MB Asus PRIME A320M-A - AMD-A320

Thank you

It is very, very, unlikely that your hard disk speed is going to make an impact on your poker playing. It is conceptually possible to be an issue if you're doing a whole amount of database work at the same time. It seems likely that your occasional lag issues are caused by something else.

Regardless, that SSD you've selected is genuinely outstanding, and likely to be an excellent option for your needs.

You could save $10 by using this one instead: https://amzn.to/2F6VtI1
