Random Question:

Im' looking for a plan to make calls/receive sms text that only requires wifi and also has a secure login so I dont need to worry about someone getting access reasonably easy. Ideally you just log on from a website and have ability to receieve sms text//make calls. dont mind if it cost money (actually prefer it, as that may increase security) but not looking for anything over like $20/month. Besides skype and whatsapp, are there any options recommended?

I will be using it primarily as authentication for things like logging into -> online banking, blockchain wallets as my current USA provider wont work in the countrys I am going to be in. Do not wanna remove the 2way authentication unless its last resort.

My google search so far has led me to a few programs that I am not fond of so far, so maybe someone has a recommendation. Thanks.
