Recommendation required - building an ITX PC for GTO+ Recommendation required - building an ITX PC for GTO+

Hi guys,

Been out of the PC scene for quite a while now and need some help building a PC for GTO+ and HEM3 as my current Surface pro 4 just doesn't cut it.

Would prefer an ITX build for a minimalistic setup. I don't play games so I suppose I just need integrated graphic? I'll be hooking it up to a 32inch curved 3,440 x 1,440p monitor though so not sure if i need better graphics?

All help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

^ for 1k you can do better as a regular consumer
workstation type laptops are mostly used by people doing CAD work for a living, i.e. 3d engineering and design

I assume you'd rather have a laptop?

Yea i will much rather have a laptop for mobility but im worried if it is powerful enough for gto+?

Im looking at lenovo t14 amd version with the following specs and im able to get it for usd950 from where i live.

Do you think this will fit my requirements or do you have any other recommendations? Thanks.

I recommend 32gb ram if doing gto+ work, 16 is good enough for anything except bvb srp an few other wide range srp spots like co/btn vs bb if you sim for 200x+ stacks and let it use multiple sizes on all streets

if you're not in a hurry, I'd wait for black friday / cyber monday and get a better deal

this one looks really sharp to me https://www.eluktronics.com/THINN-15 but it's on pre-order so you'd have to wait until october

getting a better cpu here, these Ryzen 4th gen H series are close to a desktop cpu in performance and as far as I've heard, Eluktronics makes fantastic machines (never owned one tho)

you can find some in stock too from Asus/MSI, but they're going to be big and heavy and priced around 1.2k as well
