question on cell # spam for computer guys

question for the very knowledgeable computer guys on this site
yesterday, I was spammed by text on my cell from a real estate co. who knew my name and address
I haven't had any contact with any real estate co. for a very long time and my cell and # is fairly new
how in the world did they get my cell # which is unpublished?
I was also spammed by text by an old sportsbook I used on my new cell # and I have no idea how they could have gotten the # as I haven't used them in about 10 years

user data like emails, phone number, addresses, security number etc. get sold all the time if not otherwise compromised
