Hello everyone,

I just purchased my hp computer and am encountering an issue with the initial setup. When it says to connect to a network, only the Ethernet option shows and not the WIFI. I can only connect to my WIFI. If anyone can help me, please give me some advice for a tech novice. Here is an image of what is on my screen.

Does the PC have a wifi card installed ?

Do you have a link to the PC you bought

have you tried restarting your access point (wifi)

have u tried rebooting PC

complete the setup offline, decline everything it offers (virtual assistant, sync devices, all the privacy options off)

after it restarts and takes you to windows, look for wifi and connect
