It doesn't seem to be horrible. It appears as if Avira stops it from doing anything but every few hours about 30 avira popups appear and it is sort of annoying. Plus, I have no idea what might be happening behind the scenes.
From what I can tell, the trojan randomly creates a folder with some dll files in it and tries to run something or other.
Anyways, I have spybot and malwarebytes already installed. They haven't killed it. I googled this and have tried the following:

kaspersky tdsskiller
roguekiller
hitman pro
Trojan virus is always stubborn. To be frank, I don't trust any antivirus programs. I will reinstall the operating system when it gets infected with viruses.
