I would like to rise online store with poker related content I have to mention that I have 0 knowledge but I have all sketched on paper with logos etc. I've spend some hours with google (the most thing that popup in google is 'webdev jobs') and there are a lot of unknowns and uncertainties in terms of how to find good studio/web designer. I checked webs like wix/wordpress and for starters- premade templates look good but in fact they arent and secondart you should put many hours of work to make them nice. I emailed few studios about pricing and i found that for a webs similar to (I'm interested in simple, nice graphics like below):

they want to charge ~1k euro which I'm not sure (im newb) if this is overpriced stuff.
Questions:
-Where to find reliable developers whom wont squeeze my to the last pennie?
-What should be my budget for this kind of store?
-Am I missing some important informations which have to be taken to account?

I would recommend looking into web developer forums for individuals and asking around freelancers on different websites if you want it done for you. (You can find some good individuals at fiverr.com or similar website also, please contact users with your ideas/examples ect. before ordering anything there).
Honestly if you don't spend several 1000$ dollars all what theses big web developers firms do for 500-1000$ range is put up WordPress or similar platform, install lot plugins, add some images and edit text what you can probably do yourself with few youtube videos on WordPress and 10$ hosting/wix for free (You might be surprised how easy it is to get what you want done + you can involve someone from fiverr.com or different website if something not look like you want).

P.s. Domain choice for website is underrated lot today. Be careful with it.
