Does anyone have an opinion between using an ultra wide screen monitor vs a curved monitor?

I just got a 34 inch lg ultra wide and its pretty good,,can get 8 tables on it very nicely..in the store the curved monitor seemed like it would be weird for poker and more for "being immersed" in gaming but now im thinking it might be good bec it would slightly reduce the amount of space i have to cover with my eyes

i have a curved 27" and i really like it. was a bit skeptical at first, but now i wish i had gotten my 55" in curve as well.

assuming the ultrawide is curved, they use a much deeper one for more surround feel. the normal curve is barely noticeable but its there.

For those who are new to this forum, PaulyJames200x loves giving a lot of consideration to his purchases. I think he enjoys the anticipation of such things more than the actual outcome.
