MSi laptop freezing and not booting in UK

Hi so my laptop just started to not get past the MSi logo on powering on, roughly 2-3 weeks ago. I've googled and the F3 or Del buttons do nothing when pressed repeatedly on power up, as has been suggested in threads.
Any ideas and then if none on actually resolving the issue, what about where to go for a repair?
Do I go to MSi or find a generic PC repair shop?

If your laptop is in warranty, engage MSI. If at all possible, pull the hard drive/ssd and back up before sending it in for servicing (this goes for MSI or local servicing).
