Anybody know if this is possible of running a 30 inch monitor at full resolution? If not, do you have any suggestions for which card will?

Too weird, I (unfortunately) run this exact card with this exact monitor. It is running at 1600x900 (max res) just fine. I definitly WOULD NOT recommend this card for anything other than basic computing use, you're going to have problems running any kind of game or graphic intensive program, it's a real outdated card.

So 24 tabling would be a bad idea?

I was 16 tabling just fine. The card is more resilient for low end use than you might think, and 24 tabling poker isn't exactly a graphics intensive process. You shouldn't have a problem with poker and this card imo.

Depends on how good your monitor is and what you mean by "full resolution". The specs for your card show that the max resolution is 2048x1536 @85Hz.
