Monitor Configuration Question

Hi,
I have two 30" monitors, and two 20's. My current configuration has 1 of the 30's in the middle of my two 20's. However, I would like to put my second 30" monitor directly above (and slightly tilted downwards) the first 30". Can anyone direct me towards a stand that can hold the second 30" that far above the table, and at that slightly downward angle with good stability?
Don't want to do the wall mount swinging arm, as I move around semi frequently.
